Launcher Troubleshooting
Unable to verify my email on Trigger
This can happen sometimes. Use this method:
- Press CTRL + ALT + DELETE.
- Open Task Manager and search for Triggers-Client.
- Select it and click End Task.
- Restart the Launcher. It will send a request to verify your email address.
- Open the email you received and select the URL.
- Right-click → Copy, open a browser, right-click the address bar → Paste, then press Enter.
If it still fails:
- Clear browser cache (cache/cookies) and retry from step 4.
- If it still fails, ask another staff member who may know better (Mentor/Saji).
Launcher runs in a loop

Error: Launch with the Official Launcher
If the official launcher fails to start, ensure Windows time is synced:
- Click the time (bottom right).
- Select Set date and time.
- Enable Set time automatically.
- If it was already enabled: disable it, wait a few seconds, re-enable.
Restart the official Launcher.
Error “Fetch failed” / “failed to receive handshake”
- Reboot your internet router/modem (the source providing internet access).
