Unable to verify my email on Trigger

This can happen sometimes. Use this method:

  1. Press CTRL + ALT + DELETE.
  2. Open Task Manager and search for Triggers-Client.
  3. Select it and click End Task.
  4. Restart the Launcher. It will send a request to verify your email address.
  5. Open the email you received and select the URL.
  6. Right-click → Copy, open a browser, right-click the address bar → Paste, then press Enter.

If it still fails:

  • Clear browser cache (cache/cookies) and retry from step 4.
  • If it still fails, ask another staff member who may know better (Mentor/Saji).

Error: Launch with the Official Launcher

If the official launcher fails to start, ensure Windows time is synced:

  1. Click the time (bottom right).
  2. Select Set date and time.
  3. Enable Set time automatically.
  4. If it was already enabled: disable it, wait a few seconds, re-enable.

Restart the official Launcher.

Error “Fetch failed” / “failed to receive handshake”

  • Reboot your internet router/modem (the source providing internet access).
