Player says they do not have their Triggiums
- Apply the Windows time sync procedure.
- If still 0: ask them to set Windows clock to manual, then back to automatic (possible desync).
- Ask if they logged into the lobby. Purchases can currently only be retrieved from the lobby.
- If it still fails, ping Astios/Perrier (or the appropriate owner).
Player says they do not have their rank
- Ask for username, UUID, and Tebex transaction ID.
- Ask if they logged into the lobby. Purchases are currently retrieved there.
