Player says they do not have their Triggiums

  1. Apply the Windows time sync procedure.
  2. If still 0: ask them to set Windows clock to manual, then back to automatic (possible desync).
  3. Ask if they logged into the lobby. Purchases can currently only be retrieved from the lobby.
  4. If it still fails, ping Astios/Perrier (or the appropriate owner).

Player says they do not have their rank

  1. Ask for username, UUID, and Tebex transaction ID.
  2. Ask if they logged into the lobby. Purchases are currently retrieved there.

Suggested response:

Hello! At the moment, in order to retrieve your purchase, you need to log in to the lobby. The transaction is likely waiting for you to be present in the lobby.

  1. If there is still a problem, ping Perrier/Strafverfolgung (or the appropriate owner).
